The Why, the What and the How...

In 2021, 13.2% of adults living in Suffolk had a diagnosis of depression.  26.6% reported living with high levels of anxiety.  In the same year, the number of hospital admissions for the 20-24 year old age group relating to self harm, was the highest in the UK.  78% of GP's reported prescribing anti depressants even though they though an alternative treatment would be more successful. (Suffolk Observatory)

Medication isn't always the answer to our mental health and wellbeing needs.  Suffolk Wellbeing seek to provide a faith based resource to support all those looking to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
