Here are a selection of services to support your mental health and wellbeing that are based here in Suffolk.  They are not intended to be used in a crisis.  If you require urgent medical care, please contact your GP or call

Acorn Counselling Service

Acorn Counselling is a low cost counselling service.  Free assessment with 50 minute sessions costing £25.

A safe place for you to visit if you are in mental health crisis or struggling with daily  life.

Wellbeing Suffolk

Wellbeing Suffolk provide a range of support for people with common mental health and emotional issues, such as low mood, depression or stress. Services are free and are available for people aged 16 or over.

Combat2 Coffee

Coffee mornings hosted by C2C and the NSFT. Tuesdays, Newbury Centre, 11am-1pm.

Nature based activities to support people who are experiencing poor mental health and wellbeing.

Wellbeing Walks

Free walks led by The Rambler's Association and Feel Good Suffolk.  

  A faith-based online wellbeing initiative, by Beacon Church, Bury St Edmunds.
